At b1game, your privacy is a core operating principle, not an afterthought. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold as a user of our Platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or using any b1game service.
These principles govern every aspect of how b1game handles personal data belonging to users across Pakistan — from Karachi to Peshawar.
We collect and process personal data only on a lawful basis — typically account performance, legal obligation or your explicit consent. We tell you clearly what we collect and why, without burying it in obscure clauses.
Data collected for one purpose — such as KYC verification — will not be repurposed for unrelated activities without your knowledge and, where required, your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We collect only the personal data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. If we don't need it, we don't collect it.
We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal data we hold is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate data we hold about you — see Section 9 for how to exercise this right.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory or AML obligations. Retention periods are described in Section 10.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures — including TLS encryption, access controls and secure KYC portals — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss or destruction.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") is issued by b1game (hereinafter "b1game", "we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data collected, processed or stored in connection with your use of the website located at https://b1game.cam and any associated services, features or content (collectively, the "Platform").
This Policy has been prepared in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles and applicable privacy legislation in the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and licensed. It is intended to be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account or submitting personal information to b1game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and that you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not access or use the Platform.
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

| "Sensitive Data" | A subset of personal data warranting higher protection, including government-issued identification documents, financial account details and health or vulnerability indicators relevant to responsible gambling assessments. |
The Data Controller for personal data processed through the b1game Platform is the legal entity operating the Platform under its applicable international gaming licence. Full registered entity details, including the legal name, registered address and jurisdiction of incorporation, are available to registered users through the in-platform Account documentation and upon request via the official support portal.
b1game does not claim to be regulated, licensed or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. The Data Controller is subject to the data protection laws of its licensing jurisdiction, the requirements of which are reflected throughout this Policy.
For all data protection enquiries, including requests to exercise your rights under Section 9, please contact b1game through the official support portal accessible within your Account dashboard, or via the general enquiries email address listed in the footer of this page.

b1game processes your personal data on one or more of the following lawful bases:
b1game uses your personal data for the following specific purposes:
To create, maintain and manage your registered Account; to process deposits and withdrawals in PKR; to provide access to Platform services; to communicate essential account-related notifications including transaction confirmations, security alerts and policy updates.
To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement (18+ or higher as required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction) and to confirm your identity as part of KYC compliance. This is a mandatory process and cannot be opted out of for active accounts.
To monitor transactions for indicators of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime. b1game has legal obligations under AML regulations to monitor and, where necessary, report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. This processing is non-negotiable and cannot be restricted by User request.
To monitor gaming behaviour for indicators of problematic gambling patterns; to apply user-requested responsible gambling controls including deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion orders; to intervene proactively where Platform data suggests a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
To respond to your enquiries, complaints and requests; to maintain records of support interactions for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
Where you have provided explicit consent, to send you information about promotions, bonuses, Platform updates and other communications you have opted into. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by updating your Account preferences or contacting support. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect processing carried out under other lawful bases.
To analyse aggregated and anonymised usage data for the purpose of improving Platform performance, user experience, content relevance and technical stability. Where analytics involve personal data, such processing is conducted on the basis of legitimate interests with appropriate safeguards.
b1game does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data in the following limited and controlled circumstances:
We engage third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf, under binding contractual data processing agreements. These include identity verification providers (for KYC processing), payment processing infrastructure providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure operators, customer support platform providers, and fraud detection and AML screening services.
All Data Processors are contractually required to process personal data only for the purposes instructed by b1game, to maintain appropriate security standards and to comply with applicable data protection obligations.
b1game may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, courts or other public authorities where legally required to do so — including in response to a lawful order, subpoena, warrant or regulatory direction. Such disclosures will be limited to the minimum data necessary to comply with the relevant legal obligation.
Where b1game's AML monitoring identifies transactions or behaviour meeting legal reporting thresholds, relevant data may be disclosed to financial intelligence units or other designated authorities in accordance with applicable AML legislation. Users will generally not be informed of such reports where doing so would constitute "tipping off" under applicable law.
In the event that b1game undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent data protection obligations being maintained by the transferee.
b1game operates internationally and your personal data may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries other than Pakistan. These may include the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated, the location of cloud infrastructure providers and the domiciles of third-party service providers.
Where personal data is transferred to countries that may not have data protection laws equivalent to the highest international standards, b1game implements appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of that data. These safeguards may include contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms appropriate to the jurisdictions involved.
By using the Platform and providing personal data, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred outside of Pakistan for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the safeguards outlined above.
Subject to applicable law and certain conditions and exemptions, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by b1game:
You may request a copy of the personal data b1game holds about you, along with information about how it is processed. This is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR).
You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. You can update basic account information directly through your Account settings.
In certain circumstances you may request deletion of your personal data. This right does not apply where processing is required for legal compliance, AML obligations or fraud prevention.
You may request that b1game restrict the processing of your personal data in specified circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested.
Where processing is based on your consent or on contract performance, you may request a structured, machine-readable copy of the personal data you have provided to us.
You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your Account preferences.
To exercise any of the rights listed above, please submit a written request to b1game through the official support portal accessible within your Account dashboard. We will respond to valid rights requests within a reasonable timeframe — typically within thirty (30) calendar days. In complex cases, we may extend this period and will notify you accordingly.
b1game retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory or AML obligations — whichever is the longer. The following indicative retention periods apply:
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or permanently anonymised. Where anonymisation is applied, the resulting data is no longer personal data and may be retained for statistical or analytical purposes without further restriction.
b1game implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access. Key measures include:
Notwithstanding the above, no data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. Users should also take responsibility for protecting their own account credentials and should never share login details with third parties.
The b1game Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable core Platform functionality, maintain session state, remember your preferences and, where consent is provided, to support analytics and performance monitoring.
You can manage, restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair or prevent your use of the Platform. Browser-level cookie management instructions are available through your browser's help documentation.
b1game does not use cookies to serve third-party advertising on the Platform. No cross-site tracking for advertising purposes is carried out in connection with your use of b1game.
The b1game Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We do not knowingly collect, process or retain personal data relating to persons under the applicable minimum age.
Where b1game becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum eligible age, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated Account will be closed. Any funds held in such an Account will be dealt with in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software and internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gaming content. If you believe a minor has registered or is using a b1game Account, please contact our support team immediately through the in-platform portal.
b1game does not directly process or store full payment card numbers or online banking credentials. Payment transactions are handled through third-party payment infrastructure providers under their own security and data protection standards.
Transaction metadata — including deposit amounts in PKR, withdrawal requests, payment method type identifiers (not full payment details) and transaction timestamps — is retained by b1game for Account management, financial reconciliation and AML compliance purposes as described in Section 10.
Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfer references (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — are provided for contextual information only. These providers operate independently under their own privacy policies and terms of service. b1game is not responsible for the data practices of any third-party payment provider. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policy of any payment provider they choose to use.
b1game reserves the right to update, amend or replace this Privacy Policy at any time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices or Platform functionality. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated to reflect the date of any material revision.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we use your personal data or the rights available to you — b1game will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via email or a prominent on-site notice prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
We recommend that you review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how b1game protects your personal data. Previous versions of the Policy are available upon request through the support portal.
For all enquiries relating to this Privacy Policy — including requests to exercise data subject rights under Section 9, requests for further information about data processing practices, or concerns about the handling of your personal data — please contact the b1game Data Protection team through the official support portal accessible within your Account dashboard.
Our general enquiries email address is displayed in the footer of this page. It is displayed as plain text and is not a clickable link — please copy it manually into your email client.
b1game is committed to resolving data protection concerns promptly and in good faith. Where you believe that your data protection rights have been violated and we have been unable to resolve your concern to your satisfaction, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection in the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and licensed.
Response Timeframe: We aim to respond to all data protection enquiries and rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Complex requests may require additional time; in such cases, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay within the initial thirty-day period.
You've read how we collect, use and protect your data. b1game is built on transparency — the same approach that shapes our gaming content, our bonus disclosures and our responsible gambling resources. Explore the Platform with the full picture.
