1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and b1game (hereinafter "b1game", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://b1game.cam and all associated services, content and features provided thereon.

By accessing this website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on b1game, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or involuntary, from any gambling operator or national gambling exclusion scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information and update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not have had a previous Account terminated by b1game for breach of these Terms.

Registering or attempting to register when you do not meet these eligibility criteria constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes multi-accounting, a prohibited activity under Section 7.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, regardless of whether you personally initiated such activity.

4.3 Unauthorised Access

You must notify b1game support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious account activity. b1game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account prior to such notification being received and acted upon.

4.4 Account Accuracy

All information you provide at registration — and any information subsequently updated — must be accurate, truthful and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, fund forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

5 KYC & Verification

b1game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with identity verification, age verification, anti-fraud and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Completion of KYC may be required before a User may withdraw funds, access certain features or upon reaching specified activity thresholds.

5.1 Required Documentation

Typical KYC documentation for Pakistani users may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement or official letter dated within ninety (90) days);
• A selfie or liveness check in which the User holds their identification document;
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposit, where required to establish source-of-funds consistency.

5.2 Document Integrity

All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be authentic, unaltered and clearly legible. Submitting altered, forged, obscured or falsified documents constitutes fraud and a serious breach of these Terms. Such conduct will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5.3 Submission Method

KYC documents must only be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive personal documents via unsecured email, third-party messaging applications or unverified channels. b1game will never request your CNIC or passport through social media, WhatsApp or SMS.

6 Terms of Use

Access to and use of the b1game Platform is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. By accessing the Platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6.1 Permitted Use

You may access the Platform for the purposes of viewing informational content, managing your registered Account, participating in available gaming products and using responsible gambling tools where available.

6.2 Restricted Use

You must not access, use or attempt to use the Platform:

• In any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• In a manner that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
• To transmit any unsolicited communications, spam or malicious content;
• Using any automated scraping, crawling or data-extraction tool not authorised by b1game;
• In any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's systems or infrastructure;
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, database or connected system.

6.3 Platform Availability

b1game will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability, but makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or circumstances outside b1game's control may affect availability. b1game shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b1game Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses or evading restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation, including through arbitrage strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent payment details or using stolen credit instruments.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. b1game has AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated software to place bets or make decisions without genuine human involvement, unless explicitly permitted in writing by b1game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in respect of a genuine and properly processed deposit.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, b1game may offer promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spins value or other incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the general Terms set out herein and any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the time of the offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 1,00,000 of qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. These are illustrative examples only.

8.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a defined validity period, commencing from the time of activation unless otherwise specified. Bonus Funds not wagered in compliance with the applicable conditions within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

8.3 Game Contributions

Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live dealer products. Specific contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion terms.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

b1game reserves the right to void, forfeit or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, provided false information to claim a promotion, or where the promotion was claimed in error. Decisions made by b1game in this regard are final.

9 Payments & Currency

b1game supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the operator's payment infrastructure permits. Figures displayed on the Platform are in PKR unless otherwise stated and are illustrative of typical amounts. Actual supported payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, processing timelines and applicable fees must be verified in the live cashier at the time of transaction.

9.1 Payment Method References

Payment method names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani digital payment tools for contextual reference only. 9.2 Deposit Responsibility

9.3 Transaction Finality

Once a deposit has been credited to your Account and gaming activity has commenced, that transaction is generally treated as final. Deposits may not be refunded except where b1game determines, in its sole discretion, that an error or technical fault occurred.

10 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. b1game reserves the right to apply additional checks consistent with AML, KYC and fraud-prevention obligations before processing any withdrawal.

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Your Account must have a positive real-money Balance that meets the applicable minimum withdrawal amount.
• Any active Bonus Funds must be fully wagered to completion — or forfeited — before the real-money portion of the Balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Any indicative timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates only.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of b1game.

Any trademarks, service marks, game names or brand names appearing on the Platform that belong to third parties are the property of their respective owners and are used purely for contextual informational purposes. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b1game, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or gaming winnings arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, service interruptions or unforeseen events;
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays, rejections or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Any reliance placed on Platform content for decision-making purposes, including any gambling decisions made on the basis of informational content;
• Any legal consequences arising from a User's participation in online gaming activities in a jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, b1game's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by the b1game Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

b1game collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of your Account, fulfilment of KYC and AML obligations, delivery of customer support and — where consent has been provided — communication of promotional materials. Personal data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. Data retention and User rights are addressed in full in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

b1game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, b1game will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via email or a prominent on-site notification. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 16.

16 Termination & Account Closure

16.1 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting b1game support through the official in-platform support portal. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure — net of applicable bonus conditions — will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and payment verification requirements.

16.2 Suspension or Termination by b1game

b1game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the Account holder;
• The Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3;
• Fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity has been associated with the Account;
• The continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, AML or reputational risk to b1game;
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement instruction requires Account closure.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for breach, b1game may forfeit all Account Balance including both real-money and Bonus Funds. Where Account closure is not attributable to User misconduct, real-money Balance will be returned subject to verification procedures. Termination does not affect any accrued legal rights or obligations of either party.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the operator's applicable licence documentation. Users acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of Pakistan and that local gambling laws may impose independent obligations on the User.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first raise the matter with b1game support through the official in-platform channel. b1game will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes may be referred to an applicable independent dispute resolution mechanism as specified in the operator's licence terms.
